Recently upgraded office to 9621G phones. Moved my Plantronics headset from a 9508. Seems that I can only receive audio, callers cannot hear me. Is there any special settings in the 46xxsettings.txt that I would have to adjust?

Well yes there are but not that will have anything to do with your situation , are you 100% that the plantronics are supported on your IP sets and have you tried changing the dip switches on the headsets , are your bottom leads correct .... i am willing to bet Bill Gates right b**lock that this is compatibility or hardware related.

As far as the compatibility, according to the Plantronics website, it should work.

ok so can you explain how you are connecting the headset and operating ( i know this may sound like a stupid question and i mean no offence) also what is the plantronics model and what firmware are your sets on ?

Different handsets require different settings on the headset base and/or different connection leads :)

HW251N connected directly to the headset port on the back of the phone with the HIC adapter cable.

I'm not sure. But I think 96x1 need other HIC cables than 9508
