We have IPO 500V2 R 11.0, a user has a 9620L IP phone ( H.323 ) , each time it disconnects and displays a black screen and AVAYA is displayed, no dial tone or anything. To get it to work again, the user unplugs the phone then plugs it back in and the phone works. Any ideas.
