We have IPO 500V2 R 11.0, a user has a 9620L IP phone ( H.323 ) , each time it disconnects and displays a black screen and AVAYA is displayed, no dial tone or anything. To get it to work again, the user unplugs the phone then plugs it back in and the phone works. Any ideas.

What troubleshooting have you done? Replaced phone and or cables. Check the network for issues? Any ideas is a broad question with no information.
