Trow it in the bin if you are not very experienced with the Avaya ip phone boot/upgrade process.
There are a lot of things you need before powering up the phone:
First you need to find out if the phone use DHCP or it has a fixed ip address
Then you need to find out if a VLAN is setup in the phone, then find out which VLAN number that is
Then setup a network that matches the above discovered criteria
In that network you need a http fileserver which can provide a 46xxsettings.txt file
the 46xxsettings.txt file must be edited to change the local admin password
if you finally were able to change the password then you must "clear" the phone to factory reset
Then you are at least five hours busy, I don't know what you earn/cost per hour but most likely it is cheaper and easier to buy a new phone and trow the old 9620 in the bin
