We recently upgraded our 8300 to 5.2 and want to start using the 9620 phones. I realize it needs to use HTTP now to download the latest firmware. I have it poiting to our HTTP server and it goes through the 96xxupgrade.txt to the 46xxsetings.txt and then proceeds to the upgrade file hb96xxua3_10.bin and gives a http: 1 -404 error. I have verified that I am able to access the file. Am I missing something?
