Ok I'm having some issues with 2 of my 9620's. I have one that is connected at one persons house thru a VPN and I have another one connected to another persons house thru a VPN. I can call both of them from the main office to there phones with no issues. The issue is if I try to call from one 9620 thru the vpn to the main office and out to the other 9620 on another VPN they can't hear each other. The phone does ring but they can't hear each other. I'm running ip office 500 V7. I hope this made some sense.

I'm thinking its a routing problem but I would think if is a routing problem then I wouldn't be able to get the phone to register. I can ping each of the phones from the main office with no issues.

thanks

this is a routing issue
there is no route from devices in house 1 to devices in house 2 via the VPN

disabling Direct media path on the remote phones should resolve this if the data route cannot be resolved

Computers are like Air conditioners:-
Both stop working when you open Windows

It is a routing issue.
Is direct media path turned on for both extensions?
It should be off in this case.

BAZINGA!
