9620 - cannot change language

hi all,

want to change the language on a phone as it is in german atm but want to make it english

when it says in german to press * to program phone i enter in CRAFT # but everytime i do it, it just restarts the phone so maybe its a different code as its in german?

is there a way to manually hard reset it ie a combination of buttons as i cant do it via the software of the phone

Did you try o password, i.e. do not enter CRAFT# ut only #

BTW, the language is loaded as a separate file and cannot be set in the local admin settings.

Google up the manuals and read them first, then come back here if there is a problem.

well i have looked at a manual below, page 23, its below -

but it doesnt allow me to press any buttons on the phone, i just get a error beep when trying to press any buttons

also i have just tried entering # but it restarts the phone again
