Trying to setup the 9611g on ipoffice rel 8 with 8.0.43 manager but when i try connected the phone it freezes and wont load the files it needs any suggestions

If the Phone is new, out of Box, it might be a FIAT ( Fix it again Tony ), I have seen many 9608 like this. There are tempermental phones!
If not, it could have older firmware. Is HTTP server set up corectly with latest firmware files?
