9611g series not upgrading. Specific series

I have a batch of 9611g with no revision date that won't take an up grade. Along with the batch came some other 9611 g's but they had revision series of 4041 111 and those work just fine.

Has anybody else had any other upgrade issues with the firmware or this particular series 9611g no revision date?
