9611g Phones

We are trying to default a 9611g phone. We get to the program button and when we enter the password it just restarts everytime. Has anyone ever run into this?

Make sure that the password has not been changed from default. Relevant parameter in the 46xxsettings.txt file is SET PROCPSWD. The password can also be configured on CM.

Where in the CM would this password be?

Did you tried to clear the phone with the mute option or just reboot it tru the menu button?
