9611g display shows logout.

I have a bunch of phones that failed then came back with LOGOUT on the main screen with a bullet next to it. Nothing seams to remove this from the display. Has anyone seen this and does anyone know how to change the display. Currently the display is set at 1/2 display but it doesn't go away either full or 1/2.
