9611G directory exit button 1

We have just installed 9611G handsets. The customer has complained that when they go to the directory through the directory button and scroll through the contacts there is no soft key button to exit the directory. The only way to do this seems to be to press the picture of the phone on the handset.

Is it possible to create a soft key to exit the directory?

The phone button is the exit button, how can this be an issue?
Don't the have bigger problems to deal with? =)

The button already exists, they're using it, are their finger tips allergic to handset icons or something?

Like one of my customers once..

using 16xx series stations, so I printed labels.

one of the company's they handle calls for was 'Otara Millionaires Club' (Okay, it was a different name...)

So I use the abbreviation O.M.C. (like in Dutch tradition WTIH the dots)

But this was wrong, cause she wanted is without the dots (OMC)...
