That's very specific - every organization uses different feature buttons for different reasons.
If I set a user up with a brand new systme, never having used CM I tried to do something like this:
1-3 3 call appearances
4 blank
5 Directory
6 next
7 call disp
8 send-calls
Then you can customize further. I find the directory feature kind of nice if they have a monolithic/single PBX company wide.
