9611 speaker

lets see if i can get this right what i need to know on 9611 put a sd ext to security now when they push that button
it opens the speaker any way not to open speaker when they push that sd button.

If the phone is on hook, no, it'll go to speaker. You can disable the speaker in the settings file or maybe the station form, but it wouldn't be specific to the key you assigned, it'd be the case for any speed dial they pressed.
