9611 not loading User Rights Buttons

Several of my 9611 sets are ignoring the User Rights buttons when they are assigned to that User Rights Membership. I've rebooted and also CLEARED the sets but the only way they will display the buttons is when I add them to the Users button profile directly.

Sorry if this is asking what may seem the obvious, but without you telling us, or access to your configuration, we have to ask:

- In the user rights settings, on the Button Programming tab, is Apply User Rights value selected?

- In the user settings, when User Rights view is set to Working hours User Rights, does their Button Programming show the buttons from the user right selected for Working hours User Rights?

- Are you also using a Working hours time profile?

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
