Is there a way for 9611 desk phones to be logged in for a specific period of time?
For example 1hr, 2hr, 4hr, etc

Why? What's the use case? There's time of day station lock, force agent logout and other time-based stuff in vectors and time of day and coverage tables to accomplish certain things.
