9611 G logout option missing

I have an odd issue where one of our 9611G phones is missing the logout option from the home screen. I have looked through the station and not finding what the issue could be.

Indeed .....this is certainly the opstat feature (or it certainly sounds like it) as above it looks like its set to 110 , each of the 1`s relates to a page of options on the physicall handsets...1 allows access and 0 turns it off , what do you want the users to be able to do and see as if you change the setting you want to ensure the correct combination as when others reboot other phones they will pick up new settings if its different to what they have currently.
