We are in need of a firmware upgrade for our 9611 IP Phones. However, I'm not sure where to go to find the file to upload to our utility server. The current firmware is version 6.2009. I looked all over support.avaya.com and found absolutely nothing, however I'm probably looking in the wrong spot. Any help would be greatly appreciated!
