How can I remove the directory button on a 9610 phone.
By default there is no way to change the button fields on the phones.

These phonese are going to be in lobby's and we do not want them to have access the the Company directory.

I don't think you can. The 9610 was DESIGNED to be a walk up phone, for use in lobbys or public areas. I think you might have to chnage it out to a 9620.

There is no way to change the config file in CM or change the station type to something other than a a 9610, like what you have to do with the 9600's on a site w/ a gateway with SLS (9610 = 4610)
