9608 with SBM24 reset problem

Hi all,

I got a problem with 9608 phones.

The SMB24 connected to it resets dayly.
When I press mute, the phone sometimes stops working completly.

H323 is used with the latest Firmware connected to Cisco switches. The 9620/9630 phones don't have a problem.

Anyone having the same problem or got an idea to trace this problem?

Log it with Avaya.
There are still some issues with this new phones.

AS pointed out there is supposedly ANOTHER service pack coming for the 96x1 series phones. It was supposed to be released yesterday but I still haven't seen it on the support site.
