We have 1 9608 where all calls go directly to voicemail. DND is not set. So far, we have to log out/in or use call forwarding to work around the issue.
We moved 10 users from digital to 9608 on an IP Office R9.1.100.10 about a month ago, and all the other phones work fine. Each IP extension was built specifically for a user (no auto-create), and the old digital extensions were renumbered. All IP extensions look the same in System Status.
What am I missing?
