Got an 8.1.65 site where the names keep going blank on the DSS module. Upgraded to 8.1.65, deleted/recreated user, deleted/recreated keys in manager, renamed keys using button on module. They just keep going. They do still work when the labels have gone.

I've put this to SS but they want me to raise with Avaya, that would mean IPOSS, which isn't on this site (or any other!!)

I haven't tried 8.1.67 as don't want to keep upgrading the system and crossing fingers.

Anybody else seen this????

We don't have one either. Doesn't happen straight away. We have a BM12 (digital) but not for the 96x1.

same here, my demo unit has a digital one with a 9508 but I guess that would not help you.

Jamie, i have seen this on one BM12 for only one user button.
The name is not complete and with every reboot or merge the length changes but never complete.
Yours is complete gone but it looks similar.
This site is on 8.0.4x

I have had this.
9630 with 3xSBM24 on IP500v2 running 8.1.63

Was all working fine, customer moved the phone and add on modules from the training room to reception on the weekend before go live and all DSS keys on SBM24 were blank (but still worked) once moved.

When I came in Monday morning the names were back.

Later that day I added another user to a spare key on the SBM24 and all the other keys went blank and just the new one was displayed. I ended up having to delete all the keys and reprogram them to resolve.
