Challenge: All 9608 phones at branch office lose all functionality sporadically. They look normal, however, when an outbound call is attempted, the phone does nothing. The screen remains unchanged and there is not dial tone or dtmf,
At other times, they all appear to function normally.
The phone remain registered in SSA and monitor throughout.
