9608 does not change the screen saver file 4

Hi guys.

IP Office 8.1 with several 9608 IP Phones.
The customer want to change 9608's screen saver with their own logo.
I follow the guide:

9620, 9611 or 9640 all changed.
But only 9608 has no luck.

Is any one know how to change 9608's screen saver?

1. Create your jpg file (assume it is called logo08.jpg for now) 150 x 43 pixels @ 96 DPI.
2. Upload the logo08.jpg file to the http server where your 46xxsettings.txt file is located.
3. Add the following lines to the 46xxsettings.txt file:
IF $MODEL4 SEQ 9620 GOTO SETTINGS9620
IF $MODEL4 SEQ 9630 GOTO SETTINGS9630
IF $MODEL4 SEQ 9608 GOTO SETTINGS9608

SET SCREENSAVERON 60
SET SCREENSAVER logo20.jpg
GOTO END
############## END OF 9620 IP Phone Settings ###############

GOTO END

Disable the standard screensaver settings!
4. CLEAR the phone!

You could try the following setting and use different picture sizes, it should crop the file to the right size:
PHNSCRALL 1

I have a example 46xxxsettings.txt file.
Make sure that the fileserver has a logo file for each type of phone:
9608 = logo08.jpg
9611 = logo11.jpg
9620 = logo20.jpg
9621 = logo21.jpg
etc

9608 still has no luck, show AVAYA logo.
How to disable the standard screensaver settings on the 9608?

It only does show it when the file is small enough.
Are you sure that is the case?

I test with a jpg file only with text.
But when I add logo, logo not show up and only show text.
