I've got a client with 9650 and 9620 telephones deployed. We're having an issue where when a user logs into IP Softphone while on the road, the 9600 series phone logs out (expected behavior).
However when the user returns to the office, instead of the phone being at a login prompt, it's in discovering mode. The only way to get back to a login prompt is to reboot the phone.
Anyone run into this before or have any ideas on what we can change to fix this?
