9600 phones locking up when dialing from Call History

Hi All, I have an IP Office at 8.1.52, all phones at firmware level for that release. When dialing from the Call History list, the phone displays the number to be dialed and immediately locks up for a few minutes. The call never gets dialed and the phone returns to normal after a few minutes. Any else seen this? Any fixes or is this another bug with the 9600 series phones?
