9600 Phones Backup/Restore Location

We're using the IPO for backup/restore. I guess some people use a utility server? We don't have anything besides IPO and a V2 chassis.

Anyway, I'm troubleshooting backup/restore issues with our 9608's and I'm getting really frustrated at the number of issues we've had with these phones. How do I find the location of these backup files? One if one became corrupt and I wanted to remove it? How would I go about doing that. I don't see any backup files like this on my SD card. Thanks.

Hi,
Have you created your own 46XXsettings file on the IPO? or are you reliant on the one that pre-populates then deletes?
