We are integrating our 9600 environment to Cisco. Our HQ 9600 is connected to cisco call manager via a PRI and DMS100. Everything is working between these two environments with 4 digit dial and the correct caller-id and name.
Our remote sites each have a 9600 that are tied into the HQ 9600 via FIPN. When a remote site calls a cisco phone (or Cisco to remote site) the caller-id phone number is passed like it is outside call and no name is passed. 4 digit dial is working.
Is there a configuration issue? Is there any way to get the proper caller-id and name working like it does on the HQ 9600?
