Hello all,
We installed a Partner mode 9.1.8.0 build 172 with 9508 phones. When the receptionist tries to transfer a call (pushing the transfer soft key) & scrolls to the next page where her DSS exts. are that second screen stays on for no more then 2 seconds, before it goes back to the main page. This does not give her enough time to find/select who she wants to transfer to. This also happens if she just wants to intercom someone. With the phone idle & you scroll to the next page it stays on that page for a good length of time. Any fix to this?
