9508 Headset Menu Questions

In the 9508 menu under Home>Advanced Options>Audio, there are a couple Headset features that I am not 100% sure what they do.

Headset AGC - I know
Headset Xmit NR - Noise reduction for Transmitted Voice?
Headset RCV Loud - No Idea
Headset CC - No Idea
Remote Headset - No Idea

I have a client who is saying that the 40 Plantronic headsets we delivered are too sensitive so I am hoping that one of these settings will help. There is nothing that I can find in the KB to help

If they are the new Plantronic headsets then have a look on the bottom.
There are switches to adjust the speaker and mic.

Headset RCV Loud -Cranks up the volume, I had a customer who would not wear his hearing aids and this boosted it to a usable level when he does not have them in.

It was funny because he said the headset didnt work right then I noticed he was not wearing his hearing device.
