9508 backlight

Some of my 9508s will go dark, some will not. I need them all to go dark, the Auto return is set to 60 seconds. Doesn't seem to make a difference. R11 system, essential.

Eventually they go dark, but we don't know how long it takes.

any action on the phones will keep them lit up. If you have a user button and the user has a call in or outgoing or is just ringing it will not turn off until it has it has reached the time.

Please don't tell me that it is to save the planet and the customer insists on being green.
Then tell the customer to turn off their lights a minute earlier then they made more than up for the energy used.
