9504 'please wait' stuck

I have an ip office demo and I have a problem with a digital phone 9504, when the electricity cuts and turns on, the phone hangs up. Please wait. When I pick up another phone 9508 and turn it on, it works.
When I connect the phone to 9504, then it works. Anyone can help me with this problem, and thank you
