9504 Phone Will Not Upgrade

Aloha,

We have an IP Office system and four 9504 phones. One of the phones will not upgrade and remains unusable. The 'broken' phone is version 0.20, attached is picture of the phone when it boots up. After about 10 second the LCD goes blank and the phone is unresponsive until it is unplugged & plugged back in.

The other three phones had the same screen except they had 0.27 and went through an upgrade; after the upgrade they are working great.

Is there a trick to upgrade the 0.20 phone?

Open monitor and go to filter.
then go to the tab services and select all tftp checkboxes.
Then plug the phone in and check if the file, that the phone requests, is there.
