95 and 98 Clients locking up

I have a few clients that are locking up (Windows 95
just freezes and has to be rebooted to Windows 98 gives a fatal error and has to be rebooted) in seamless mode. They do this when trying to access word or excel 2k or Solomon ( not sure the ver). Solomon ( a new app) does run on one workstation fine from citrix. One that doesn't run Solomon is a P 400 Mhz, 64 Mb ram machine. The server is a dual pentium 700 with 784 Mb Ram, it has been tried with no other users on the system with the same results.

Other citrix apps seem to work fine, outlook, IE on these problem machines. Users can use the desktops and access them fine but not when published.

Any Ideas?

We had similar problem and you did mention the cause (..in seamless mode) get the user to connect in Remote desktop mode. It seemed to do the trick.

Yes they were able to use the remote desktop (noted above). I found that for whatever reason, the app was "a bit confused". I republished it, wham... Worked great again.

So the answer to the question was to republish the seamless app when users cannot get there from here. Worked for me.
