try global knowldge, if it can be tested, taught or practiced.. they are the best..no i don't work there.. but have taken a lot of there courses.. (btw..if you get the short balding instructor from NY for VOIP...run)

THere is a 23 question practice test on Nortel's Site that you can take that is very very similiar to the actual test. I recently passed this test and remember most of the stuff.

I found several articles on the web by doing searches on VoIp terms like CODEC, RTD, MOS, etc...
