9150 conflicts?

I am trying to configure a 9150 on port 31 and 32 and I have 9115's configured on ports 16,17,18.
9150's configured on ports 0-15 function properly. Copied programming for port 31 and 32 exactly, but at the far end sets are not visible. The far end is in a different city about 3 hours away. Could I have an issue with the cabling out of the amphenols? Any ideas were 31 32 ports are on the amphenol. I assumed it was on the second bix strip pairs 15, 16.

Is it possible to program both 9150's and 9115's on the same group of tn's?

Here are some questions:

Is your RLC card a 16 port or 32 port card?

If it is a 32 port card you have to program it on the second card slot.

Ports 16-31 on the switch side are for data or ATAs only.

If you want to use port 31 or 32 on the 9150, but only have a single slot RLC card, you can remap the 9150 ports to one of your open TNs (3 through 13 from what I can see).
