Want to program 911 to automatically dail to emergency services. Now I have to dial 9 then 911. I did this once before but have forgotten. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

you can build 911 as an SPN and create a DMI table that inserts the 9 needed to dial out. If you need the steps post back.

You can also program an SPN "11" and do the DMI table to insert the 9 back. Of course you will have to create a RLI just for this along with a DMI table. Most customers I deal will dont want this as alot of 911 calls are errors in dialing. Especially when trying to dial overseas using 011 (in the US).

With the SPN RLI and DMI you only have to dial 911 instead of 9-911. In a real emergency alot of people pick up the phone and just dial 911 and forget the access code of 9. So it depends on what the customer wants.
