911 trunk notification

Is there anywhere in the director software where you can see if a 911 trunk is down or anyway to set it up to where when a 911 trunk goes down you can be notified by e-mail?

You can set up an Event Filter (event 1334) to tell you that no trunks are available, but it will not tell you if the trunks are down.
