Hello Forum,

I have telephone locations with multiple line appearances on a device. The key 1 and above may not be at the same physical locations as the key 0 device. We are trying to hammer down 911 information throughout the facility and we are concerned if someone dials 911, NOT from key 0 of the phone, it will show the originating DN and not the key 0 of the device. If first responders are dispatched to the key 1 location critical time will be lost. Is there any way around this?

Thanks
Phil

If you always want the KEY 00 DN to go out on CLID, enter all subsequent KEYs as:

KEY 3 SCR 1234 D

The "D" is the trick. Think of it as "Look Down" to get the CLID
