I have a customer with a Merlin-Magix that just recently switched to a PRI from analog trunks. They attempted to dial 911 via the PRI and got a fast busy, but were able to dial it via one of the analog trunks used for backup to the system. What should I check in system programming in regards to the PRI to ensure it is not a system issue?
 
you need to add your channel/lines from PRI to Partition 1 table under ARS E911
