Working on a project to implement PS/ALI and what to know how detailed the information is that you maintain.
Street address, Building, Floor. Do you provide more detailed such as: Direction, office # Sub area (i.e. northwest corner)?
Besides gathering the info we will need to maintain it.
Thanks for the input.

Are you trying to implement this with an OAI integration to the PBX?
If this is the case the PBX will supply station statis only along with number dialed etc. Physical location and such would be something you would manually enter to your app. It is not available with the NEC.

Thanks for the response pave35. You are correct the physical location will not be coming from the NEC PBX, we will be using an at&t E911 database which we will have to maintain. It will cross reference the DID number to the physical location i.e. address, building, floor
What I am looking for is examples of how detailed other sites get when they set up something similiar. Do you include office numbers, names, sections of the building(N, NW - N, NE)? Since others have done this , curious as to what has worked or not worked.

Sorry. Never had to deal with this. Usually this is on the CO side and the most I do is test call 911 and give them the address I am at to confirm their database records.
Most PBX's are going to send you the same information which is calling parties 10 digit caller ID.
Maybe you should be looking in a forum for SQL developers??
They would be more likely the ones who would have insite into this type of app that they may have set up for small towns/communities.
