911 partitioning

i have 2 buildings sharing 1 R4 magix. is it possible to have the second building extensions in a partition that uses a different line for outbound of 911 calls. currently i have 1 pots line in Pool 70, the PRI is in 890 and i got a second POTS line demarced in the 2nd building in the PBX ready to go, but need to know if this is possible. my work around is to setup the 2nd building to dial a system speed dial that forces the call out via ARS on that trunk with the local xxx-xxx-xxxx number but would prefer to dial 911 instead. i know thee are a bunch of new fields here in the newer magix for the 911 partioning but never messed with them yet. thanks!
