911 over POTS lines 1

Hello,
I have a BCM 400 4.0. We use "9" to access the PRI, I want to have 911 calls flow over POTS lines. Is there a way I can add an exeption to the route I built to not include 911?

Change your dest codes to 9A = route XXX (PRI)

Add 911 = route YYY (line pool) -- no 9 needed for 911
Add 9911 = route YYY (line pool) -- 9 needed for 911
