I have a CS1000E in our main office with an SRG attached at 10 different locatons. I am trying to get 911 to work. Do you have to point/build route table so when they dial 911 it goes thru the SRG? This is a IP phone installation, with 2 lines to each SRG. I know, in Normal Mode the phones are registered to the CS1000. I normally deal with BCMs, which is easier. Getting alot of OJT though.
