We have clustered MCD 3300's with a primary MCD in use unless we're in a failover condition. The primary MCD is in our home office. 99% of our users hotdesk into their phones. Our home office front desk phone is a non-hotdesk extension. That is, the base extension is tied to the actual phone, a Mitel 5330. On that phone, we have an emergency call button that will light up if anyone in the home office dials 911. The 911 caller's number is also displayed on the phone.

How can we get the same notification to appear on several other home office user's phones? In short, we need the emergency call notification to appear on several users' phones, not just the attendant's phone.

There will be a hunt group designated as an emergency hunt group

Simply add the extensions that you want to notify.

Caveat: Only phones on the local controller will be notified.
