I have a 3300 ICP and my 9+911 calls are not leaving one of my buildings. It works from my office but at the building 911 does not connect Any ideas? I am novice at this at best so please let me know if further information is needed.

Wow where to start. How are you setup? Are the various buildings all on one system or seperate?

The single biggest problem with communications is the illusion that it has taken place.

I think we'd need some more information such as:
What do you get when you dial 9-911?
- Dead Air?
- Fast Busy?
- Normal Busy?

I suspect that what is going on, (judging from having set things up this way before) that normal calls are going out a centralized location across a WAN but you need 911 calls to go out the local building on analog trunk lines so you can send the right address information to the local PSAP. This most likely cause then would be that you have a dead trunk at that building. You need to go to that location and check your trunks and report the dead one(2) to the carrier.

Dryaquaman,

The dead local analog line is exactly what we are going to look into today. I will let you know how it goes.
