IP Office R9 W/ voicemail Pro. Is it possible to have extension numbers sent when a 911 call is made. My second question is, does anyone know of a good free version of syslog server that does not have an expiration date so I can continue logging the 911 calls

With R9, the 911 calls are now system event alarms. Setup a kiwi syslog server, and have the "emergency calls" event logged.

Thanks. I got syslog working. I guess my bigger question is. when a call is made to 911 can I show how alter the 911 info so the 911 dispatcher can see a room # or extn #

You cannot. You can only send a DID (if you're using say SIP or PRI). The Provider would need to have address information on hand for that particular number.
