911 Doesn't Work Remote Office 9150

Phones connected in the remote office was getting fast busy when 911 or 9911 is dialed. I changed emergency feature to NC. 911 works now but showing the local address. 9150 is connected through IP and has an ISDN line as backup. Can 911 calls use the ISDN line to call out. Or they have order a 1MB for this purpose?

i would use the isdn dt, it's local.. haven't worked on a 9150 since they were new but you'll need to use bars to route those phones to a trunk that shows the clid
