Looking for some help. I'm very new to the cisco voip world, worked on Nortel voip, and avaya. I have a new CM System version: 7.1.2. Running in one building. Now I heve set up a remote office using a 2811 router. I have everything working correctly except for two things I would like to have 911 , and local calls go out the FXO ports. Is this possible?

Yes it is. configure your local gateway housing the FXO ports in call manager and point the local and 911 calls out of that location to it.
You achieve this by manipulating your partitions and calling search spaces and having specific route patterns for local and 911 just for that site.

In version 7 there is this thing called Local Route Group. Put it as the first Route Group in your Route List. There are no configuration settings for it but what it does is look at the Device Pool of the phone and then finds the Gateway that is in the same Device Pool. In that way you only need 1 911 Route Pattern for multiple remotes.
