Good day to all! I have a question that one of you might have dealt with in the past but I cant seem to find the answer.
my pbx is a CS1000M running 5.5 and when I dial 911 from anywhere in the property I get a record on my printer and tty ports like its supposed to happen. but when someone dial 9911 I get nothing and its becoming a big issues with the police calling me on a weekly basis telling me that someone dial 911 and we have no clue that it has happened.
has anyone dealt with this before any input is apreciated.

First of all, determine how 911 is configured in your system (CDP code, SPN in AC2/2, etc.).
I prefer to define 911 in all scenarios: 911 (CDP code), 9-911 (if local/LD calls require a 9 before the number), etc.

When you set up your RLI, you may need to set FLEN to 3. This tells the PBX to send the digits when the 3rd digit is input.

mwpage2001 I've never seen 911 be a CDP code, since CDP DNs cannot start with AC1 or AC2.
