Am I correct in that only release 11.1 has support for a 911 button on a phone that will list who dialed 911? trying to figure out a solution when someone dials out 911 in a campus environment. Its old 9.0 software and they can't upgrade right now

Use SSA Alarms .
You can see all details of who made the 911 call

...and like all system alarms, it can be configured to be output to email or syslog.

But otherwise, no, the new E911 View button feature is new and so new software only.

Stuck in a never ending cycle of file copying.
